This is my go-to green smoothie recipe that I make when I feel like my body needs a little detoxing!

Tips:

-> I think that green smoothies are the best when they’re served fresh, straight from the blender. So, I try to meal prep smoothies by having all the ingredients on hand and ready to go. This means I always have my freezer stocked with frozen fruit and greens!

-> For extra protein and healthy fats, you can also add to your smoothie 1tbsp of your favorite nut butter

-> You can blend your green smoothie the night before and store it in your fridge (up to 2 days). Use an airtight lid to limit oxidation and keep it as fresh as possible. When ready to drink, give it a good shake before you open.
