Love you all! ❤︎

Steps

1
Done

Soak the lentils for 8 hours (or overnight);

2
Done

Drain the water from the lentils and grind them in a food processor (not much!);

3
Done

Finely chop the parsley leaves, coriander leaves, and onion. Mince the garlic clove;

4
Done

In a large bowl, add the lentils mixture and the remaining ingredients. Mix it all together.

The mixture should hold it´s shape well and not fall apart. If it does not hold well, then, take only a small portion of the mixture, blend it again, and add to the rest of the bowl to check;

5
Done

Roll 3 level tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and press it down slightly to and "burger" shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture;

6
Done

Brush the wades with olive oil and fry them on medium heat in a frying pan until golden on both sides.
Note: You can also deep-fry them :)
